Bristol Airport Spotting has today passed another major milestone with the dedicated Facebook group now having more than 2000 members, this great milestone has been achieved in just over 5 years of the group being formed.
Originally setup back in 2013 as a place for spotters to share photos the Bristol Airport Spotting group has rapidly grown to provide information, news and events to spotters and supporters of Bristol Airport. During the past few years BAS has organised and run aviation events raising £1000s for the airports various charities of the year.
Thanks to our admin team the website is now a useful resource of aircraft data, flight information, airport information and locations for spotting and we have become one of the recognised groups for spotting at Bristol Airport.
We would like to thank all of our members who have joined and support us by regularly posting, thanks also to everyone that have attended events in the past and also to companies and exhibitors that have attended and supported events.
There are many plans for the future, these include further events, meet-ups and expansion/improvement of our website, stay tuned for further information and ensure you are subscribed to our newsletter to get up to date information.
